Jennifer Turner

Jennifer stewards our human capital—developing and implementing HR plans, policies, and initiatives that align with the company’s vision and mission. Prior to joining Cary Oil in 2009, Jennifer was a training manager and recruiter at some powerhouse companies such as Waste Industries, IBM, and GlaxoSmithKline.

Jennifer grew up in Cary and attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, earning an undergraduate degree in Psychology and North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where she received a Master’s degree in Human Resources. As a native North Carolinian, she is committed to improving the lives of those less fortunate in her community. She volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, EENP (Ears, Eyes, Nose, and Paws), and Raleigh Rescue Mission, among others.

Jennifer has been married to her husband David for over a quarter of a century and is navigating the challenges of two boys in college. You will find her as often as possible on the beaches of South Carolina.
