Sherri’s journey is steeped in the nuances of credit management, particularly within the wholesale distribution sector of the petroleum industry. Her wealth of experience serves as the cornerstone of her leadership as she navigates the ever-evolving landscape of financial risk with finesse and precision.

Beyond her professional prowess, Sherri radiates a spirit of community engagement. As an active member of First Baptist Church in Garner, NC, she embodies the values of service and compassion, enriching the lives of those around her. Furthermore, Sherri has left an indelible mark on Boy Scout Troop 19, where her leadership has guided aspiring scouts towards the prestigious Eagle rank, including her own son.

There is no question where Sherri’s collegiate loyalties lie—she has both a BA in Speech Communications and Business Management from NC State, where her children are also alumni and her husband recently retired.

At the core of it all for Sherri is her family. She shares a journey of enduring love with her husband Denny, a partnership that has flourished over three decades.
